1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PAPCY's services, including website development, app development, custom software solutions, IT consulting, network wiring, CCTV installations, remote support, and proactive maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

6. Confidentiality

7. Warranty and Liability

Services are provided "as is" with warranties limited to those explicitly stated in service agreements. PAPCY's liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We are not liable for:

  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Data loss due to client negligence
  • Unauthorized system modifications
  • Force majeure events

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in service agreements. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to termination date.

9. Governing Law
